Terms and Conditions
For Domestic Orders-
Please allow 48 hours for tracking numbers to update.
Once your order has been taken to the post office it is completely out of my control. I cannot control the amount of time that Australia Post takes to process or deliver a package. Orders will not be reshipped until they tracking info has not been updated for 10 business days for domestic orders. Many times orders will not receive update scans and then will arrive at their destination. Most domestic orders take between 3-5 business days once they have been taken to the post office but they could take longer. Orders may be subject to significant delays during the holiday season.
For International Orders-
International shipping could take up to a month or potentially longer depending on customs clearance, shipping times and the postal service in the destination country, If you are unwilling to wait this amount of time, please do not place an order.
Reshipping of international packages will be on an order by order basis but will not be considered as "lost" until the package has not moved for 30 business days.
We do not take responsibility for orders that have been lost by the Postal Service. Refunds or resends will not be made, however I will work with you to resolve.
Please carefully consider upgrading to tracked postage.
If you are an international buyer and select tracked shipping, you will be responsible for any customs fees. These are completely out of my control. Custom forms values are autofilled by ShipStation for the amount of the purchase. I WILL NOT change any values on customs forms.
Seller is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on Buyer by their country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a Buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law, and comes with a punishment of up to $10,000 AUD with the possibility of up to 5 years of imprisonment. Please do not ask Seller to violate the law.
Seller is not responsible for calculating import fees. Buyer may use the tool found at the web site below to estimate import fees; however, be aware the fees may be higher since this calculator is just an estimate.
Orders may be combined if they were placed within 24 hours of each other or if you would like your order to be held and shipped with another order. Please send the shop a message and we will be happy to refund the shipping overage and combine the orders.
Cancellation Policy -
Due to our processing times we cannot guarantee the we will see an order cancellation request before the order has shipped. Order cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of the order.
Due to the nature of our items, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, the only refunds will be on items deemed to be faulty. Please contact us immediately providing photos of the faulty item. Under Australian consumer law, the buyer will need to be able to post back faulty items for a full refund of that item (as long as they are not used). Postage for refunds will be at buyers expense
Lost/Stolen package policy -
We do not accept responsibility for stolen packages. If your order has been marked as delivered by Auspost, but you have not received it, it is the buyers responsibility to contact Auspost and file a claim. If a package has become "lost" and has not moved in 10 business days for domestic packages, please contact us as well as Auspost to report a missing package.
