Q. How much is shipping? untracked AUS $1.50AUD, Untracked NZ $3AUD, rest of the world $4AUD. There is upgraded tracking options available as well.
     
Q. Can you combine shipping? Yes you can! After you place your second order simply contact me with both of your order numbers (you can combine more than 2) and I will process the merge of orders which will automatically refund any excess postage costs. This can only be done on open orders and will move the old order up to be process with the new order.
     
Q. What happens if my order goes missing? For and order to be declared missing it must be 15 business days domestic and 6 weeks international according to the Australia Post guidelines, if after this amount of time your order still hasn't arrived please contact me and we can sort out a replacement.
    
Q. What happens if I change my address? You can change your address anytime up until the order ships. If you change addresses after your order has shipped, it is no longer my responsibility to ensure your order arrives to you. Please take into consideration processing times and shipping times before placing an order if you're planning on moving.
   
Q. Do you offer local pick up? Yes I do, I offer local pick up from the Woolworths Supermarket in Ulladulla NSW. Simply contact me prior to your order to organise.
   
Q. What are your processing times? As I also work another job while running my small business, process times vary. I will always state the processing times in the banner of the website. They are subject to change but the dates set when you place your order are the dates for your specific order.
     
Q. What time are new releases? Normally 12pm AEDT on a Friday, however it can vary depending on my work schedule.
    
Q. What kind of sticker paper do you sell? All of our stickers come printed on a smooth matte sticker paper that is relatively thin to reduce bulkage in planners. I offer the option to upgrade to premium matte unicorn paper, or clear paper for foiled stickers.
    
Q. Can I redeem points and use a coupon? Currently, you cannot combine discount codes, however if you would like to place 2 separate orders concurrently to use both, contact me before hand and I can organise to combine and refund postage overages.
     
Q. What is Twosday deals? Each Tuesday I offer up $2 sheets, they will be either foil or non-foil for $2 only. At the same time it will also be double points on all transactions for the duration of the twosday items.
       
Q. When do you put up Oops Bundles? Theres usually always some in the shop, however if they sell out. It just depends on when I get a chance to do more again.
     
Q. Do you have any coupon codes? Yes I do! I have one on instagram, VIP facebook group and on youtube. If there is a sale, its always announced in the website banner, facebook and instagram.
